How we work with agents
Straight terms, in writing.
You get paid. We pay a buyer’s agent commission on every home sold at Penn’s Landing. Ask us for the current amount in writing and we will send it the same day.
Register on the first visit. Accompany your client on the first visit, or register them by email before they come out. That is the whole requirement.
You stay in the loop. We copy you on pricing, selections and construction updates. You are not going to hear about a change to your client’s house from your client.
The quoted price is the price. We quote the finished home — lot, foundation, garage, deck and steps included. Your client is not going to get surprised at closing, which means neither are you.
