Payment calculator

Run the number before you fall in love with a lot.

Put in a purchase price and see what the monthly payment looks like with taxes and insurance included. Change the down payment and the rate to see how much either one actually moves the needle.

This is an estimate, not a quote or a loan offer. It does not include mortgage insurance, HOA dues or closing costs, and the tax and insurance figures are placeholders you should replace with real numbers for your situation. Actual rates and terms come from your lender.

Financing

Talk to a lender early, not late.

A pre-approval does two things at Penn’s Landing. It tells you which plan and lot combination is actually in range, and it tells us you are ready when a lot you want is the one someone else is also asking about.

If you do not already have a lender, we can point you to one who has financed new construction in southeast Iowa and knows how a build draw schedule works. That matters more than a tenth of a point on the rate.
